Terms of use of personal data
Privacy Policy
The User consents to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") freely, of its own free will and in its own interest.
The Consent may be given by the User or its representative in any form that allows to confirm the fact of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.
Including, but not limited to, the Consent may be given:
When signing service agreements and other documents between the User and the Operator;
Through explicit confirmation of the Consent on the Operator's websites when the User accepts offer agreements, user agreements, fills in registration forms, subscription forms, etc.
The Operator does not collect and does not process special categories of personal data, the processing of which, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, requires written consent of the User.
By providing the Consent the User agrees to:
processing of his/her personal data by the Operator for the purposes in accordance with the section "Purposes of Personal Data Processing" of this Policy;
the Operator's assignment of personal data processing to third parties and their transfer in accordance with the section "Confidentiality and Security" of this Policy.
The User has the right to revoke his/her Consent at any time by sending the relevant notice to the Operator in accordance with the section "User's management of his/her personal data" of this Policy.

By providing the Consent the User agrees to:
processing of his/her personal data by the Operator for the purposes in accordance with the section "Purposes of Personal Data Processing" of this Policy;
the Operator's assignment of personal data processing to third parties and their transfer in accordance with the section "Confidentiality and Security" of this Policy.
The User has the right to revoke his/her Consent at any time by sending the relevant notice to the Operator in accordance with the section "User's management of his/her personal data" of this Policy.
Types and sources of personal data
By its Consent, the User authorizes the Operator to process the following personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic (including individually);
e-mail address
contact phone number;
date of birth;
country, city, address (including separately);
position (occupation), name of the organization;
photo;
link to personal website; accounts in social networks and messaging programs;
personal data explicitly included in written contracts between the Operator and the User (e.g. passport data, payment details).
The Operator does not have access to and does not process Users' payment data (e.g. information about payment cards, electronic wallets, etc.) provided by them to third-party payment systems, where the User is redirected to pay for the Operator's services. The procedure for handling such personal data shall be determined by the rules of the respective payment systems, and not by this Policy.
Personal data of Users may be obtained by the Operator:
in the process of rendering services and using the Operator's websites (for example, when Users fill in the forms of registering on the website, subscribing to news or free materials, concluding a contract and making a purchase, etc.);
when Users contact the Operator with a request by phone, e-mail or through the customer support service; from publicly available sources (e.g. open profiles in social networks, etc.).

Personal data of Users may be obtained by the Operator:

Purposes of personal data processing
Processing of personal data means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data that do not fall under special categories, the processing of which, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, requires the written consent of the User.
Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator for the purposes of:
sale of goods and provision of services under contracts and agreements with Users, including billing, delivery of orders and other similar operations;
receiving and processing feedback from Users, including surveys, voting and other similar activities;
sending informational and advertising materials of the Operator to the e-mail addresses of Users provided by them for this purpose;
promotion of goods and services through direct contact with the User by means of communication means;
analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
research and analysis of user preferences, development and testing of products
as well as for the purposes expressly prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator for the purposes of:
sale of goods and provision of services under contracts and agreements with Users, including billing, delivery of orders and other similar operations;
receiving and processing feedback from Users, including surveys, voting and other similar activities;
sending informational and advertising materials of the Operator to the e-mail addresses of Users provided by them for this purpose;
promotion of goods and services through direct contact with the User by means of communication means;
analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
research and analysis of user preferences, development and testing of products
as well as for the purposes expressly prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Privacy and security
Processing of Users' personal data is performed by the Operator using databases on the territory of Ukraine.
Also, the data may be transferred by the Operator to servers located in other countries, where the Operator's service providers are located and which provide adequate legislative protection of Users' rights to process and transfer personal data. For example, in case of using popular and reliable mailing services that ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation, etc.
The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of Users' personal data to third parties. For example, suppliers providing the Operator with hosting services, order fulfillment, delivery of electronic mailings, etc. For each such person the list of actions with personal data, the purposes of processing and the obligation to maintain confidentiality and ensure security of personal data are established.
Personal data may also be provided to third parties in cases and in accordance with the procedure expressly prescribed by applicable law (e.g. at the request of state authorities, etc.).
The Operator and other persons who have access to Users' personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute personal data without Users' consent, unless otherwise provided by law.
The Operator shall take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
The User must also take certain reasonable measures to protect their data and the systems, networks and services they use. If the User has reason to believe that the processing of his/her personal data by the Operator is no longer secure, he/she may notify the Operator in accordance with the section "Managing his/her personal data" of this Policy.
Also, the data may be transferred by the Operator to servers located in other countries, where the Operator's service providers are located and which provide adequate legislative protection of Users' rights to process and transfer personal data. Period of personal data processing
The Operator processes Users' personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the section "Purposes of Personal Data Processing" of this Policy.
The Operator destroys or depersonalizes personal data upon achievement of the purposes of processing or in case of loss of necessity to achieve them.
Regardless of the purposes of processing, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case, the User agrees that the Operator retains the right to process the User's personal data when required by the legislation of Ukraine.
The Operator destroys or depersonalizes personal data upon achievement of the purposes of processing or in case of loss of necessity to achieve them.
Regardless of the purposes of processing, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case, the User agrees that the Operator retains the right to process the User's personal data when required by the legislation of Ukraine.
User management of personal data
The User has the right to:
to receive information from the Operator regarding the processing of his/her personal data, unless such right is restricted in accordance with the current legislation;
demand from the Operator to clarify his/her personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
take measures provided for by law to protect their rights.
The User has the right to revoke his/her Consent to the processing of personal data in full or in part at any time by sending a corresponding request to the Operator. Such request shall be sent to the e-mail address or by letter to the Operator's address specified in this section.
to receive information from the Operator regarding the processing of his/her personal data, unless such right is restricted in accordance with the current legislation;
demand from the Operator to clarify his/her personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
take measures provided for by law to protect their rights.

Publishing and updating policies
This Policy is publicly available and is published by:
Placing links to the Policy on the Operator's websites, including links to the Policy in contracts, agreements and other documents with Users, when necessary and acceptable. At its sole discretion, the Operator may periodically update this Policy.
Changes in the Policy shall come into effect from the moment of publication of the new version on the website. The fact of the User's use of our services after the relevant changes are made shall mean his/her consent and acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
The date of the last update and previous revisions are indicated at the beginning of this Policy.
The Operator recommends Users to periodically re-read this Policy to familiarize themselves with its current version.
